Michael Lomax, BC Assessment's Deputy Assessor in the Fraser Valley Region, has been awarded a Presidential Citation by the IAAO (International Association of Assessing Officers) at its 77th Annual Conference in Phoenix, September 21, 2011.
Mr. Lomax received this Citation for his outstanding service and dedication to the IAAO by supporting its vision to cultivate its international presence. Notably, Mr. Lomax played a key role in developing an alliance between IAAO and China, as China continues to educate itself on best international practices in the field of real estate assessment and property taxation.
