Electronic assessment data is available in bulk in various computerized formats and is produced by jurisdiction or on a province-wide basis. Data is available in the standard Data Advice format or can be customized to suit the needs of the client.
Bulk Electronic Data is provided free of charge to Local Governments.
Data Advice
Data advice is designed to supply clients with the current assessment information available on BC Assessment files. It is produced annually at Completed Roll (December 31) and Revised Roll (March 31) and updates are available on a monthly or weekly basis.
Data is provided via the Internet Web Service, FTP, on DVD/CD ROM/Diskette or via email attachment.

Custom Reports
Custom Reports are specialized reports built to meet the unique business needs of our clients. Any of our products including data advice can be customized and run by keyfile, bulk mail code or filtered by specific classification codes or by property type in our database.
