BC Assessment encourages all property owners seeking assessment information on their property to avail themselves of the public Assessment Rolls, sales listings, and indices kept in BC Assessment area offices.
BC Assessment makes some non-confidential information about a property owner's own property available free of charge.

Assessment Roll Query Assessment Inventory Query
BC OnLine provides access to a variety of provincial database reports including Roll Queries and Inventory Queries over the Internet.
Historical information is available back to 2004. |
If you access BC OnLine from your home or office computer, the BC OnLine fee schedule applies and you pay BC OnLine directly.
Upon request, BC Assessment area office staff can provide an Assessment Roll Query (for $12 per folio) or an Assessment Inventory Query (for $16 per folio).
An Owner/Location Query Report can be obtained only through BC OnLine. |

Land Title and Survey Authority Survey - Plan
A specific Survey Plan can be requested in a search through the BC OnLine website. |
If you access BC Online from your home or office computer, the BC OnLine fee schedule applies and you pay BC OnLine.
The map is referred to in the BC OnLine price list as “Plan Images to Web”.
BC Assessment staff will provide for $15 per page. |
Confidentiality
BC Assessment places a great deal of emphasis on protecting the confidentiality of the information that has been entrusted to it.
Property information, other than that requested by the property owner, is not available for public viewing and will not be released.
Agents and holders of powers of attorney, acting on a property owner's behalf, must present BC Assessment with the required authorization documentation before confidential information can be released. Authorziation forms are available in PDF format.
