The Property Value Summaries (PVS) Reports provide a summary of property assessment information. There is no charge for this service if the person making the request is the owner or an agent of the owner(s) for the properties identified in the request. The PVS report will contain data from the Preview Roll (estimates of assessed values produced in November), the Completed Roll in January, or the Revised Roll in April.

For Industrial, Commercial & Investment (IC&I) properties, there are the following self-serve options.
Single PVS request
This service allows property owners or their agents to access a single IC&I PVS report. This service is available for IC&I properties that have PVS’ available, such as multi-family/apartment blocks, and commercial buildings (BCA coding is a predominant actual use code of 050, 052-056, or 200-499).
To request a batch of 10 or more PVS reports
Property owners and their tax agents may request IC&I PVS reports in batches of more than 10 properties. Select this option to see more detail on submitting the request.
To retrieve a batch of 10 or more PVS Reports
Select this to retrieve the reports created through the “10 or more PVS reports” option.
